Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Assist in the opening and closing of the branch, ensuring security protocols are met.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for our suite of financial products.
- Perform cash balancing and ensure the vault is secure and accurate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
