Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA, TX state laws)
- Handle complex payroll adjustments, garnishments, and tax filings
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related projects
- Maintain accurate payroll records and generate analytical reports
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Advanced proficiency in ADP payroll software and Excel
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal/state tax regulations and labor laws
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage confidential payroll data
