Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, FICA, and Arizona state tax regulations
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve garnishment/tax levy issues
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for leadership
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and compensation changes
- Conduct internal payroll audits and maintain accurate recordkeeping
- Implement system upgrades and process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent payroll system expertise
- Deep knowledge of Arizona labor laws and IRS regulations
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Proven ability to handle confidential employee data with discretion
