Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across jurisdictions
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and timekeeping systems
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099) and regulatory reporting
- Optimize payroll processes using automation tools and Excel analytics
- Train staff on payroll policies and system updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven problem-solving skills with audit experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
