Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and employee benefit enrollments
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099) and reconcile payroll accounts
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar systems
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or PHR preferred
- Deep understanding of FLSA, FICA, and Nevada labor laws
- Expertise in payroll audits and compliance documentation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage confidential data with discretion
- Excel proficiency and experience with payroll reporting tools
