Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for diverse workforce using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings (federal, state, local)
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement and optimize payroll automation workflows
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, CA labor laws, and ACA requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of CA wage & hour regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with payroll audits and compliance reporting
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration
