Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and employee benefits enrollments
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and year-end reports (W-2, 1099)
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with HR and employees
- Collaborate with auditors during payroll compliance reviews
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of federal/state payroll tax laws (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, macros)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
