Responsibilities
- Execute complex transactions for high-value clients including wire transfers, foreign currency exchanges, and merchant services
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for premium banking products (wealth management, investment accounts)
- Maintain 100% cash drawer accuracy with daily audits and reconciliation protocols
- Lead teller team training sessions on new compliance procedures and customer service standards
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with discretion and solution-oriented approaches
- Utilize advanced CRM systems to document client preferences and financial behaviors
- Participate in quarterly branch performance reviews and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume banking experience with proven cash handling accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of FINRA regulations, AML protocols, and BSA compliance
- Professional fluency in Spanish (required) and English (written/spoken)
- Expertise in banking software platforms (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills demonstrated in client scenarios
- Associates degree in Finance or Business (Bachelor's preferred)
