Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and employee changes
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
- Support quarterly and annual tax reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Deep knowledge of multi-state tax laws and FLSA compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills and HRIS proficiency
- Proven problem-solving abilities with payroll discrepancies
- Experience with 401(k) and benefits administration
