Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations
- Oversee time & attendance integration with Kronos
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR on benefits deductions and new hires
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, IRS, and Nevada labor laws
- Lead payroll system upgrades and process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting tools
- Strong understanding of FLSA, garnishment laws, and tax regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- CPP certification a plus
