Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across client portfolios
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and valuation
- Prepare executive-ready presentations translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and M&A activities
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in healthcare or tech sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-suite executives
