Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to support business decisions and forecasting
- Develop detailed financial models, budgets, and variance reports for leadership review
- Partner with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Prepare executive presentations highlighting key financial insights and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including ROI analysis and capital expenditure reviews
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to executive stakeholders
