Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding accounts and products, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Cross-sell banking products such as CDs, loans, and credit cards to meet branch sales goals.
- Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile the teller drawer at the end of the shift.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or compliance issues to branch management.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
