Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits quarterly and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Administer benefits enrollments and reconcile 401(k) contributions
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, IRS, and Florida DOR regulations
- Train junior payroll staff on system protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and payroll systems
- Florida payroll compliance certification (CPP preferred)
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll cycles
- Strong knowledge of FLSA overtime calculations and garnishment laws
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
