What You Will Do
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee the annual tax preparation process and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients effectively.
