Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes with journal entries and reconciliations
- Lead tax compliance initiatives including federal, state, and local filings
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure financial accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize working capital
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to leadership
- Coordinate external audits and serve as primary liaison to auditors
Qualifications
