Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
- Assist with the monthly and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Review and approve time sheets and payroll entries for night shift staff.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
