Responsibilities
- Execute month-end close procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and audit support
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting efficiency
- Maintain internal controls and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Demonstrated experience with month-end closes and reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 PM CST)
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
