Responsibilities
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and account balance verifications across multiple entities
- Process and record complex journal entries for international transactions
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit trails
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international GAAP
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
