Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in adherence to GAAP standards.
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist in the annual audit process and provide requested documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Manage and resolve complex billing discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Clean driving record (if applicable to business travel).
