Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures with precision
- Manage complex general ledger reconciliations and account analysis
- Prepare accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations for global transactions
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proven expertise in month-end closing and reconciliations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in night shift environment with minimal supervision
