Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to generate actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Lead month-end closing processes with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation strategies
- Prepare board-level presentations highlighting KPI performance and risk assessments
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in energy or manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP financial modules
- CFA or CPA designation strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to operational details
