Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact domains including AI ethics, climate resilience, and biotechnology convergence
- Author predictive intelligence reports for executive stakeholders with data-driven forecasts and strategic recommendations
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and sustainable infrastructure paradigms
- Facilitate cross-generational workshops bridging Gen Z perspectives with legacy industry transformation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MSc/MBA/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent with 8+ years of foresight experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-focused strategies in Fortune 500 or high-growth environments
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and systemic thinking frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into executable business plans with measurable ROI
- Deep specialization in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence for C-suite and board-level presentations
- Professional certification from Association of Professional Futurists or equivalent preferred
