Responsibilities

- Present innovation strategies and progress to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with 5+ year planning horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPSI, SCAMPER) or strategic foresight
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
