Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation initiatives
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Partner with R&D to accelerate technology adoption cycles
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive decision-making
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management highly desirable
