Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and quarterly forecasting.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analysis, budget vs. actuals, and profitability analysis for executive stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline financial operations and improve data accuracy.
- Compliance & Controls: Ensure all financial processes adhere to GAAP standards and internal control frameworks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide actionable financial recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Certifications: CPA or CFA designation is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
