Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A opportunities and investment portfolios
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing strategic financial forecasts and budgets
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities
- Develop risk assessment frameworks and mitigation strategies for financial initiatives
- Present complex financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA modeling and Power Query
- Expertise in financial software: Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and SAP
