Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to monitor budget performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Perform rigorous cost-benefit analyses for new projects, operational initiatives, and potential investments.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and manage ongoing financial tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify efficiency opportunities and drive cost reduction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- CFA or CPA certification is a significant plus.
