The Role:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be the backbone of our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) department. You will work closely with department heads to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and that the company meets its long-term financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial modeling and variance analysis to support annual and quarterly budgets.
- Prepare high-level financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategic adjustments to improve profitability.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Streamline financial reporting processes using automation tools to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast revenue and manage cash flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
