Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership.
- Identify trends, variances, and risks in financial data to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new projects.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for multiple business units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related professional setting.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to stakeholders.
- Certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus.
