Responsibilities
- Process high-volume transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.9% accuracy
- Build and maintain deep client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Resolve complex account inquiries using problem-solving and analytical skills
- Actively promote digital banking solutions and cross-sell appropriate products
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance (BANK SECURE Act, AML protocols)
- Support branch operations through cash management and audit readiness
- Mentor junior tellers on service standards and procedural best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in a financial services environment
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Valid California Notary Public commission (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish (highly desirable)
