Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting processes.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial viability of new projects and initiatives.
- Present detailed financial data and investment recommendations to the executive board.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the market to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to non-financial stakeholders.
