Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for multi-specialty healthcare services
- Resolve insurance claim denials and patient account discrepancies
- Analyze billing data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Ensure HIPAA and CMS compliance in all billing documentation
- Collaborate with clinical teams to verify coding accuracy
- Generate monthly revenue cycle performance reports
- Train staff on updated billing protocols and software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expertise in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
- Advanced proficiency in Epic EMR and billing software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with third-party payer negotiations
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance preferred
