Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop complex financial models to predict revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analyses for senior management.
- Budget Management: Lead the annual budgeting process and assist with long-term strategic planning initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and recommend automation or optimization strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, and marketing teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting adheres to GAAP and internal control standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Analytics: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
