Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to forecast revenue, expenses, and profit margins with high accuracy.
- Develop comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Assist in the creation and management of the annual operating budget and capital expenditure plans.
- Identify trends and variances in financial data, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve financial processes and internal controls.
- Perform variance analysis and present findings during quarterly business reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-financial stakeholders.
