- Implement QuickBooks optimizations and system upgrades
- Collaborate with tax preparation teams
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
