Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling and valuation analysis for M&A transactions
- Develop actionable insights through variance analysis and trend identification
- Create executive-level presentations translating complex financial data into strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and forecasting cycles for 15+ business units
- Automate financial workflows using advanced Excel and Power BI solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform investment strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Power BI
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Proven ability to present to executive leadership teams
- Experience with SAP and Oracle financial systems
