Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support budget preparation and forecasting.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational financial goals.
- Assist in the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
