Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Prepare detailed budgets and financial plans aligned with strategic objectives
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Present financial insights to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads to improve cost efficiency and revenue streams
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and pivot tables
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and BI tools
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
