Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed financial statements and executive dashboards for senior leadership
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A due diligence and capital allocation studies
- Maintain and optimize financial reporting systems to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and provide training on financial modeling best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial statement analysis
- Exceptional quantitative skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of presenting financial findings to executive leadership
- Certification in FP&A or CPA highly desirable
