Responsibilities
- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Oversee the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting models to ensure accurate revenue projections.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive variance analysis on actual vs. forecasted financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Financial Modeling: Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and M&A activities.
- Reporting: Prepare high-level executive presentations and monthly management reports that clearly communicate financial health and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to streamline financial reporting processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads, translating complex financial data into actionable business insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is preferred).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- System Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and draw logical conclusions to drive business strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
