Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and reporting for 15+ business units
- Develop dynamic financial models (P&L, cash flow, ROI) to support strategic initiatives
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes with 95%+ accuracy
- Conduct variance analysis and root cause investigations for key business metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations
- Optimize financial processes using Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel techniques
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in high-growth tech or fintech
- CPA or CFA certification preferred (MBA from top-tier institution acceptable)
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced SQL and Power BI skills with portfolio examples
- Proven track record of presenting to C-level executives
- Experience with SaaS revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
