- Prepare monthly variance reports with actionable recommendations
- Lead process automation initiatives for financial reporting workflows
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining strict compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables) and Power BI
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven track record of process optimization
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation a plus
