Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit recommendations and risk assessments for commercial lending portfolios
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal financing solutions
- Monitor loan performance and identify early warning signs of potential defaults
- Stay current with regulatory compliance (FDIC, OCC, and internal policies)
- Maintain accurate credit documentation and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, Bloomberg)
- Expertise in evaluating cash flow projections and collateral valuation
