Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets supporting $500M+ client portfolios
- Lead M&A due diligence processes and valuation analyses for strategic transactions
- Present compelling financial narratives to stakeholders through executive dashboards and reports
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining ownership of key financial deliverables
- Collaborate with investment teams to optimize capital allocation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in Excel modeling and financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact financial solutions in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills with attention to detail
- Active FINRA Series 63/65/66 license (or willingness to obtain)
