Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with clear visualizations
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes through Excel modeling
- Collaborate with department heads to develop KPI dashboards
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects as business needs evolve
- Maintain accurate financial databases and ensure data integrity
- Present findings to stakeholders through concise executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of professional financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial metrics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Certification (CFA, CPA) or advanced degree preferred
