Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with narrative interpretations
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost management
- Lead cross-functional projects implementing financial systems and process improvements
- Present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
