Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support strategic planning and budgeting initiatives.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts to ensure organizational goals are met.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new business initiatives and product launches.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for internal and external audits and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and cost accounting principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
