Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis and financial modeling to evaluate performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategic improvements to operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to provide actionable business intelligence.
- Maintain and improve financial systems and processes to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
