- Lead month-end closing processes with variance analysis and reconciliations
- Optimize cash flow management and working capital strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A activities due diligence
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems and controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling (VBA, Power Query) and financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Expertise in SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q) and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong project management capabilities with track record of delivering under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-suite audiences
